Can Taking Koragon And Utrogestan Be Safe During Pregnancy?

Hi Doctor, I m 44 years old and I m pregnant for 10 weeks, it s my second but I had a miscarriage in February 2015. I got pregnant spontaneous( no medical assistance) and don t have any trouble so far . My doctor prescribed me the koragon injection and utrogestan 200 because of my age, I wanted to know if there is no effect on the foetus. Thanks
