Can Taking Labetalol And Losartan Be Safe For Skipping Of Heart Rate?

My husband is quitting smoking and his heart rate drops down into the 40 s and skips beats. He takes Labatelol 100 mg 2 x daily, amlodipine 10 mg daily and losartan 100 mg daily. He has previously had 2 heart stents (one in 2009 and one in 2012). He was taken off of Lopressor due to low heart rate and started on the Labatelol.

These medications are to control the heart rate and blood pressure. He needs frequent ECGs and regular follow up with his Doctor to avoid missing any new symptoms.
