Can Taking Lymecycline Tablet Powder-form Mixed With Jam Be Less Effective?
Hi, I have just been diagnosed with Rosacea and prescribed Lymecycline capsules alongside a gel, to be taken for a 3 month period. I have always had trouble swallowing pills, and the Lymecycline pills are massive! I have been breaking the capsule and mixing the powder with a little jam to make it less bitter. Will this cause the pills to be less effective, or be a danger to my digestive system? Many Thanks, Joanna.

Jam does not reduce the efficacy of Lymecycline powder hence can be taken together. Moreover there is no documented harmful interactions between these two neither they cause any danger to the digestive system. Hence, Lymecycline powder may be taken safely along with jam.
