Can Taking Perindopril For High BP Cause Headache And Chest Pain?

Hi i have high blood pressure and take medication for this, Perindropril.I have woken this morning with a headache and a strange pain in my chest. I have checked my blood pressure and I am getting a reading of 145/120. Is this anything to worry about?
