What Could Explain Palpitations And Chest Pain While Suffering From Hypertension?

i have had high bp and had abnormal ekg (several) with continued chest pain, numbness to left arm and palpitations even while resting...echo done but heart catheter came back no blockage---chest pains and numbness and high bp continue...what can it be?

Thanks for contacting HCM. dear patient as your echo is normal and coronary angiography is normal, then your symptoms are probably due to excess load on your heart due to high uncontrolled bp. Please get evaluated for renal functions as renal cause of bp requires a different set of medication. you need to control your bp especially beta blockers could be useful along with nitric oxide. Regards
