Can Taking Prilosec Cause Vertigo?

I am having problems with vertigo. I have had this before and it lasted about 2 weeks. I am hoping there is a way to help myself get out of this more quickly I was recently diagnosed with acid refluz and am now taking Prilosec to help that. Could this be a reason that I have vertigo now? Any correlation ?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, hyperacidity could be the cause of vertigo, but the most common cause is vestibular dysfunction and it has to be given try first instead the best drug for this is Betahistine 8 mg three times in day, ENT opinion is must, hope this information helps.
I find this answer helpful
