Renerve plus 1 ampules containing 1500 mcg) to be taken intramuscularly once weekly for minimum 4 to 5 dosage initially followed by oral vitamin b12.
It will help to increase hemoglobin and for painful menstrual bleeding, she should take over the counter pain killer like ibuprofen 400 mg three time daily.
Consult your doctor and complete the course of vitamin B12 injection accordingly.
Wish you a very good health.

Your mother may take that injection if she has vitamin B12 deficiency anemia or as a vitamin B12 supplement there is no issue to take it.
