General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and welcome.

All such psychiatric medications require some amount of time to help begin their effect. Continue the medication for a while longer, and schedule a visit to your prescribing doctor in may be about 7-10 days time and report the changes you are experiencing (if any). Depending on your response, your doctor will then decide the dosage or to susbtitute the medication, but nothing can be decided in a days time.

Best wishes.
