Can Taking Temazepam Be Safe To Induce Sleep While On Cyclobenzaprine?

Yes, my husband got cyclobenzaprine50 mg for muscle pain and was wondering if he should continue taking temazepam which he has been taking to help him sleep? He took the cyclobenzaprine50 earlier tonight and it helped with the neck pain. Should we use a different sleep aid while using the cyclo? Thank you.

I really appreciate your concern, if the sleep is the main concern then better to sleep without the help of medicine and for that one has to go for relaxation therapy, yoga, exercise, have hot milk prior to bed, otherwise he can have these both the medicines together, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
