Can Taking Vertizac Be Safe To Treat Left Vestibular Peripheral Lesion?

Recently I have been diagnosed with the problem left vestibular peripheral lesion . ENT doctor prescribed me vertizac tablet twice/daily, at 9 AM and evening, and last three days I am taking the medicine.. I am feeling sleepy and drowsy particularly after lunch, and feeling weakness. It is related to the side effect of the medicine?

Vertizac is a medicine that belongs to the class of drugs called anti-histamines. These medicines are effective in relieving the symptoms of vestibular neuronitis, but they have the side effects of drowsiness.
