Hello,

Taking emergency contraceptive pills is usually associated with heavy blood flow with clots and cramps, because they are high dose hormonal pills, which lead to cycle disturbance and thus prevent pregnancy. I would advise you to get a sonography done to see that the uterine lining is shed and if the bleeding is still continuing then meet a gynecologist nearby.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
