Can Taking Height Supplements Have Any Adverse Effect On Health?
Hi doc...Iwant to take advice on height of my kids...I m 4 11 and my hubby is 5 8..my daughter is12 and she has quite gud height but my son height don t seem to me as gud..should I give him height supplements like heightex or anything else or there are any side effects..plz guide me...my son is good at sports. He burns his energy all day but is not gaining height at that level..

I really appreciate your concern, height is genetically decided and it can not be changed by ant means but looking to the age still there are some chances for increasing the height and it can happens up to the age of 18 years to 19 years some time but no medicine or any thing increase it once it is achieved the maximum height hope this information helps.
