Can Taking Of Iron Supplement Delay Menstruation?

Can taking iron tablets affect my period cycle? I started taking them during my last period (4 weeks tomorrow) and I m normally regular but had no sign or a period. I took a pregnancy test 4 days ago and it was negative so could it just be the iron tablets?

Hi, I think iron tablets will not delay your periods. Periods can come 1 week Early or late sometimes. Wait for 1 week and if periods don't come, repeat a pregnancy test. If negative, you can take some medicines for inducing periods. If positive, consult a doctor.
