Can Tetralysal For Folliculitis Have Any Effect On Kidney Function?

I have been prescribed Tetralysal for what seems to be Follicucitis (sp?) Decalvans. I ve also received a kidney transplant 9 years ago, and take Prograf, Prednisolone and Atenolol in regards to this. I m wondering what effect this skin antibiotic will have on these other medications and my kidney function itself?
