Can The Change From Progesterone Cream To An Oral Pill Cause Sleeplessness?

I recently switched from Progesterone Cream to an oral pill, same dosage. I take it at night right before bed. Although I fall asleep quickly I usually awaken again anytime between 3:30 and 4:30 and am unable to return to sleep. I also changed my testosterone to a higher dose of cream that I am applying in the morning. I reduced the amount of estrogen patch to half.... every 3 1/2 days. Could these changes be causing the sleep changes? Any suggestions?

Hi,Welcome to the HCM,
First of all I would like to know that what is the reason you need these hormones to treat? Do you have any endocrinological disease or something else.As there can be sleep disturbance because of hormones but most importantly it can be because of some diseases which need to be evaluated first.
