Can The Diabetic Medicines, Janumet And Gliminpride, With Lisinopril Cause Increased Fatigue?

I am taking a combination of diabetes drugs (Janumet and Gliminpride) as well as 20mg Lisinopril. Lately I am feeling very tired about an hour after lunch and I get tired very early at night (10pm-ish). Could the Lisinopril really be knocking me out like this? I've been on all 3 since June, but tired effects started less than a month ago.
