What Causes Severe Sweating, Fatigue And Elevated BP?

Post-stent CAD female, 74 years old, previously high BP controlled by meds (meds stopped after stent placements, as BP dropped & developed bradychardia). For past several weeks, experiencing severe sweats, increased fatigue and elevated BP (150-180/65-75). Please advise.

Dear Mrs,

Among the patients with high blood pressure sometimes can be seen BP drops especially after some interventions. After some time BP can gradually raise.
Also I would advise you to check thyroid as BP raise, sweats and fatigue can be connected with thyroid disorders as well.
In any case you should see your doctor, and he/she shall try to start hypotensive medications carefully. In such patients I would start with small doses of CCBs.
