Actually some diseases stay for life long and you need to take treatment for lifelong. You must be taking thyroxin for hypothyroidism. High blood pressure and hypothyroidism are chronic diseases and lifelong treatment is needed for these conditions. So you need to continue losartan, felodipine and thyroxin for lifelong. Why you are taking amitriptyline you have not written here. It is not used for either high blood pressure or hypothyroidism. For amitriptyline, I can say you that it should be not be used for lifelong because it is an addicting medicine. Even though, it depends upon the indication of amitriptyline. For depression it is taken for long time.
Advice
1.     Continue all medicines as suggested by your doctor
2.     Do not stop of modify doses of any medicine unless suggested by your doctor
3.     You can discuss about amitriptyline with your doctor but do not stop it without your doctor’s suggestion
I hope this information will help you. I will be happy if you ask another question
