Hi, Thanks for the query. According to your description there could be subchorionic hematoma. Usually small subchorionic hematomas will shrink and get absorbed. These may not harm the baby. As your ultrasound report showed shrinkage of hematoma and as there is increase in beta hcg levels, hopefully you can continue the pregnancy. Be in bed rest, avoid strenuous work, journey, intercourse etc. Better to take progesterone supplementation with your doctor's advice. Repeat ultrasound after two weeks to observe the hematoma. Take care.
