Hi,
I am 6 weeks 4 dyas pregnant and 5 days ago had a bleed with one clot.
Two ultrasoudns show an intact sac and yolk and a fetal heart beat.

The second scan showed a blood clot near the sac. The dr said it was shrinking.
mY HCG was at 19,000 and then 26,000
will my baby last the pregnancy

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
According to your description there could be subchorionic hematoma.
Usually small subchorionic hematomas will shrink and get absorbed.
These may not harm the baby.
As your ultrasound report showed shrinkage of hematoma and as there is increase in beta hcg levels, hopefully you can continue the pregnancy.
Be in bed rest, avoid strenuous work, journey, intercourse etc.
Better to take progesterone supplementation with your doctor's advice.
Repeat ultrasound after two weeks to observe the hematoma.
Take care.
