Can The Same Prescribed Medication For UTI Be Taken For Recurring UTI?

Hi! may i ask, a had a uti recently but i already take medication last month for uti, i consult a doctor and already ok after my follow up schedule. but now im suffering again for uti is it ok if i take again the medication that is prescribe for me last month?

Hi,
Never go for self medication particularly with antibiotic medicine as this might produce resistance against antibiotics in future.
It is advisable to consult your doctor and go for treatment as per his prescription.
