I can understand your situation and problem.
In my opinion, you are having this scar lesion due to previous lung insult.
Any lung insult like
tuberculosis,
pneumonia or lung contusions, after healing produce scar tissue.
Healing occur by either
fibrosis or calcification.
And this scar tissue is permanent.
It is inactive, dead tissue. So no treatment is required.
For visa purpose, we need to prove that your
x ray lesion is not active infection, it is old, healed, inactive scar.
So better to
consult pulmonologist and get done
1. CT thorax with Contrast
2. Bronchoscopic evaluation.
If both these are negative for active disease then you can argue with visa authority about having inactive, dead scar tissue and not having active disease.
