Can There Be Bad Loose Motions, Weakness, Stomach Ache And Fever Week After A Stent Procedure? Or Is There Some Other Problem?
Hello Doc,
My dad had a heart attack and has gone through the stent procedure about a week ago.
Since then he was feeling weak and now all of the sudden he is having a very bad loose motion from the past 2 days.
Last night he was having stomach ache and got fever. He was sweating too.
Just wondering if this is normal after the stent procedure or we need to consult his cardiologist.
I really appreciate if you can advice on this.

Thank you for query.it looks like your dad is having gastrointestinal infection.consults a general physician he will asess his dehyration
status and prescribe accordingly.
