Can There Be Change In Blood Pressure Due To Hyper-secretion Of ADH?
Mr. Grimaldi was previously diagnosed as having a posterior pituitary tumor that causes hypersecretion of ADH. He comes to the clinic regulary to have his blood pressure checked. Would you expect his blood pressure to be chronically elevated or depressed? why?

ADH IS ANTIDIURETIC HORMONE.INCREASE IN ADH WILL CAUSE WATER RETENTION ,HENCE IT SHOULD INCREASE BLOOD PRESSURE.
DRUG CALLED TOVAPTAN WHICH IS ANTI ADH MAY HELP IN SUCH CASES
