Can There Be Heart Problems If Not Taken Care After EKG?

yes. My mom had an EKG done and her doctors are insistent that she go to a cardiologist to seek further care but right now the results indicated slow sinus rhythym (consider ischemia) LV overload or aspecific change. Negtive T in aVL with small negative T in I. Borderline ECG. 55 BPM QT/QTc: 438/419 ms and P/QRS/T Axis: 52/62/86. I know they say that this indicates heart problems, but I don't know or understand what kind of heart problems. She went in complaining of chest pain and can hardly get through her day without taking multiple naps. Like doing dishes makes her need a nap.

Dear sir

ECG only tells you the electrical activity of the heart, but it does not tell you any mechanical activities like valvular motions and heart chambers.

Secondly if you find any problems in the ecg definately you need to further monitor it by undergoing TMT and 2D echo testing so that you could detect the problems early and treat it

Thanks
