Can There Be Three Chambers In Vagina And Three Uterus?

I was watching a television show about twin Gynecologist who happened to be men. One of them discovered a petient of theirs had three chambers in her vagina. Thus, three uteruses. They called the patient anommaly a triphocate (spelling may be off). Is there such thing?
