Can These Cold And Flu Medicines Be Taken During Pregnancy?

Hi, I am 9 weeks and 6 days pregnant and I am having cold and cough, so my gynaecologist has asked me to take tablet Allegra 180mg, syrup Brozedex 100ml, tablet crocin 500mg (SOS for fever/pain). So my concern is that whether all these medicines harm my baby in my womb or is it safe for my baby during pregnancy .
