Can Third Dosage Of Rabies Vaccination Be Taken In Different Place?
I was bitten by a dog yesterday in China. I was immediately taken to a hospital and given two shots, one in each upper arm. I am now supposed to go back in 7 days, then 21 days. I am not sure the dog is rabid and I am asking that it be monitored.
My question is, are the treatments in China considered as good as US? I am due to return on February 11th, but if treatment is much better in the US, I will leave early.
I would also like to know if getting the third treatment in the US would affect the efficacy of this post exposure treatment?
