I am a very healthy 35 year old. I exercise every day. I take armour thyroid medication, 2 grains in the a.m. 1 grain at noon. I weigh 125 pounds, I work out about 45 minutes - an hour every day, I take vitamins and supplements: green tea, Ltyrosine, multiBcomplex, multivitamin, adrenal support complex, Vitamin C...over at least the past 6 months I have monitored my heart rate running 105-115 at rest at all times. I am never in any discomfort. However, for the past few days, I have been feeling a little discomfort so I stopped my thyroid meds, feeling maybe I became hyperthryoid (2 days no with no Armour, no change, today no Ltyrosine, no change) and I have decided to cut out all vitamins and supplements. I know that my heart rate was not always this high and am assuming either thyroid or supplements, but should I be super concerned? I know anything over 100 is considered high. My BP is usually low 100/60 ish...Thanks.
