Can Tingling In Penis Be A STD?

I had oral sex from a lady with a very shady past and a day or two later noticed tingling in urethra. No real burning but burns slightly or there is a little discomfort when I get halfway full or full of pee. no burning when I pee though. Also just feels like there is a slight blockage of urethra because most of the time my stream is light and at the end the pee goes a little bit everywhere. There is just a on again off agin feeling like something is in there. Went to urologist but was ashamed to tell him what had happened and he said nothing in urine culture. feel a little irrited towards end of penis then other times more towards base of penis. Prescribed Doxycycline but no change in feeling. STD? Worried. Thanks

Oral sex without protection with such a person exposes you to many infections like chlamydia, Herpes, HIV, general infections, Hepatitis, Papilloma virus . Please get urine test, blood sugar, HIV, Hepatitis B and C , chlamydia smear tested . Then take treatment
