Can Tramadol Cause Difficulty In Urinating And Bowel Movement?
i have been having difficulty urinating and having bowel movements- i have been impacted every few days and have had to physically remove the stool with a glove for relief. i am taking tramadol and was previously on vicodin as well for pain relief- could this be causing my issues with bowel and bladder?
hi, Tramadol is an opiate an it has a negative effect on the bowel, meaning it tends to provoke constipation. It may have similar action on bladder also. it is dose dependent and is seen at higher doses. You should take liquid paraffin at nights to soften your bowel to avoid fecal impaction and other complications. HOPE THIS HELPED.
