Can Treatment For Prolactinoma Cause Infertility?

I am having an MRI for a suspected prolactinoma. I have been very nervous about the results and have experienced a great deal of anxiety over my future with this condition. I am most nervous about the posibility of not being able to have children, is it possible to get pregnant after treatment for a prolactinoma?
