7yr old daughter clinical report: bilateral ethmoidomaxillary rhinosinusitis. is ent clinical procedure must? really snoring when asleep, cant blow one nose well...it flows mucus without control, girl has a base in voice like a boy. been on avamys/ebastel for sometyme. advice.

Does she have sleep apnoea- difficulty breathing night time - - then she may require surgical treatment. In any case nasal spray to continue. Voice like a boy can be due to allergy/ infection.... can rule out any syndrome / homocystinuria...etc sleep should be proper
