Can Upper Chest Pain Be Related To Hypertension While Suffering From Fatty Liver And Diabetes?

I have been experiencing left upper pain cant decide if its my chest or stomach also pain in top of chest (not breast) and front of neck and back ,I have lots of medical conditions ,but this has been coming and going for 1 month,
I have had similar pain on right side it was diagnosed as a bowel issue and or fatty liver . I do have heart disease but recently in 2013 had my two year MIBI it was clear and I am also diabetic hypertensive combined I guess Metabolic syndrome also see MS doctor for 5 years not yet diagnosed but have neurological issues... so have been to Dr. had ECG,Chest X-RAy blood work ,mammogram,I have ben recently called back about mammogram for a redo and ultrasound but that is on right side .....frusterated

Hello,
Since you are a diabetic with hypertension,you should not take this ches pain lightly and hence must get evaluated by a cardiologist.
ECG is a poor test to detect angina and must get a stress TMT done.
