Can Urinary Infection With White Blood Cells Be Related To Celiac Allergy?

Hi Doctor, my daughter is suffering from celiac allergy. She was 8 yr old when detected, now she is 14. Recently she is having a urinary infection with white blood cells 20-30/HPF. Is it something to do with the celiac disease. Can my daughter have kidney problem in her later years to come. Kindly help me out please

This isn't related to her celiac disorder and it won't lead to kidney problems in the future. She just needs a course of antibiotics
