Can Usage Of Spray Paint Cause Nausea And Headache?

I was doing a project with son last night using spray paint... i had my windows wide open but i dont think it was enough now I m vomiting have nausea and a headache what should i do? Just rest? Will this go away in time? I did go to work today but throughout the day I ve been feeling very nauseous with headache and weak

probabilities of your symptoms are
1.viral syndrome
2.allergic reaction to the paint

I can suggest you
1. avoid that paint work till the symptoms get resolves
2.take rest for 2 days
3.tab.dolo 650 thrice daily for 2 to 3 days
4.tab.ondem MD for vomiting and nausea
