Can Use Melacare Forte For Treating Dark Lips? Kojic, Depigmentation Creams Not Effective. Treatment?

Can melacare forte cream be used for VERY DARK LIPS ? if yes ....... how long should it be used...?
i have tried kojic creams and depigmenting creams ( like ban a tan ) on my lips .... but was of no use
i'm a smoker ( i smoke 4 - 5 cigarette a day )............ i'm trying to quit...........will be successful soon
( my friends smoke more than 20 cigarettes a day and have pink lips...how is it possible ? )

do u advice me melacare ( as it is a steroid ) or chemical peeling or any other cream............?

is there any treatment for dark lips.............?

Hi, the lips are black, due to heavy smoking, or due to the cyanosis, due to the less oxygen in the blood. the cause may be less oxygination in the lungs, or some problem in the heart. So local treatment may not help in many cases.
So i advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. Thank you.
