Can Use Mensovit Plus Tablet For Abortion Without Any Side Effects? Had Abortion Earlier Due To Weakness

hello doctor i am XXXX and aged 24 i was married and now i am pregnant for the second time.
in previous year due to weakness i am aborted and even now i dont want the baby i am 2 months pregnant now, i had mensovit plus tablets do they work and are there any side effects pls inform and suggest me pls

Long term complications like sterility and absence of periods can result.
Mensovit plus tablets ARE not abortifacient agents at all.
Consult a gynecologist.
Have your pregnancy confirmed and dated
Take proper pills as prescribed or go for surgical abortion if indicated.
A follow up visit too is compulsory to confirm completion.
