Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Yes, sometimes bleeding is possible in the early weeks of pregnancy due to hormonal deficiency but you are already on birth control and your pregnancy test was negative after 1 month of amenorrhea. Also, progesterone the only contraceptive is known to cause menstrual irregularity which might be the cause of your delayed menses. So you are not likely to be pregnant.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale
