Can Vaginal Spotting While Having PCOS Cause Difficulty In Conception?
Hello doctor i am 28 yrs and i have pcos and UB wall thicken in my USG report and now for last two cycles i am on clomid 100 mg after my first round of clomid i got browinsh spotting before i start my normal bleeding and after that i got my normal bleeding only for one day so i used second round of clomid and have done my progestron level after 21 day of my menses which was 18 and according to my doctor i am ovulating i usually have only two days normal bleeding this is from almost nine years this kind of bleeding only for two days before and after i have blood fragments so my question is that when i dont have good menses how i can get pregnant
Hello dear welcome to HealthcareMagic Regarding your experience with vaginal spotting following at least two days of menses with a history of polycystic ovarian syndrome I am suggesting that this will be difficult to get pregnant
In view of the Clomid medication to induce ovulation will be intercepted due to hormonal inbalance caused by the PCOD
Meanwhile please do a hormone profile test and see a gynecologist specialist with the result and for further expect clinical assessment and adequate drug prescription especially for the PCOD
I hope this helps Regards and get well soonest
