Can Vitamin Deficiency Cause Numbness In Fingers, Feet And Groin And Tiredness?

Hello , was wondering if a vit defiency can cause numbness in fingers, feet , and groin , weakness, tired, dry scally flacky skin and what looks like exzema on scalp nose and cheeks , I m pale skin and have discoloration in check and red razor bumps on scalp , nose, I ve tested a 12 in vit D and B-12 was 676 folate was 16 haven t test and any other vit , thank you for your responce.

proteins.Still it is advisable to access the problem with the advise of a physician
for diagnosis and treatment, to avoid further deterioration.
Take more green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods.
