Can Vomiting And Headache Be Due To X2 Medicine?

I was prescribed Tramodol 50mg on Sat night for a crushed finger tip from car. I took x2 on Sat night which was fine. I started a bad headache on Sun eve and took x2 on Sun night. I have been violently ill ever since. Retching/vomiting throughout the night and feel constantly nauseous and have bad headache. Some blood appeared the last time I vomited. Can you please help me? I am 39yrs.
