Can Warm Milk Concoction Help Cure Ostoearthritis?

I have osteoarthritis, have been taken off effective anti-inflammatory meds because they caused constant digestive upset. Now I am left with swollen hand joints, knee joints and back pain. I recently heard about a warm milk concoction that could help this. what do you recommend?

Hello,

Milk & Dairy products might help in building your bone strength. But just depending on Milk might not be a remedy for your problems.

Osteoarthritis might not involve Polyarthralgia (multiple Joints Inflammation), so it's better to get a proper diagnosis.

You should go for Investigations to rule out RA, Gout, and Osteoporosis.

It's better to visit a Rheumatologist for proper Diagnosis and treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
