I just started weight lifting about 5 days ago but when I recently tried to have sex with mt partner my penis was acting numb or little errection and nor am I having morning wood since I have started weight lifting and I am not doing too much weight trainning . I only train for 30 mins and that too with 15 kg weight .is it because of the weight trainning I just started. Should I just continue or stop it.
HI Well come to HCM Weight lifting does not affect the erection, because erection actually taking place in brain area, and this impulse travel down towards the penis for supplying more blood in penis and this cause erection, even slight mental disturbance could affect this procedure and most common cause would be anxietydepression, stress, try to come out of this then every thing would be fine, hope this information helps, take care.
