Can White Cheesy Discharge From The Wound In Armpit Be Due To Deodorant?

White Cheesy discharge from the wound in armpit had a surgery for the excision of a sebaceous cyst in armpit,now there is a small pimple like bump on the wound. I squeezed it & some thick white cheesy stuff came out,still its very pain ful.Is this due to deodorant or some other case.please help me
