Can White Discharge,cramps And Back Pain Be Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

Hello, I've missed my period this month, I have white discharge, when I had sex the other day it was uncomfortable , I'm having light cramps every now and then, when I slouch I get a pain in my back and my back hurts, I'm not on birth control am I pregnant?

Minimum amount of white discharge, back pain are seen in pregnancy.
In a sexually active women with missed period i would like to rule out pregnancy first, Difficult to conclude through only symptoms, Urine pregnancy test if performed correctly are sensitive to detect pregnancy 10 days after missed periods.
