Can Withdrawal From Birth Control Injection Cause Missed Period?
I am 22 years old and i have been taking the birth control inyection for 5 years I have recently stopped taking it and after that I got my period with only a week difference but since my last period I have not gotten it. I already took a pregnancy test and it was negative...I was wondering if that is normal?
Thank you for query.yes there can be some changes in the hormonal levels and can cause delayed periods.it also depends on intercourse timing and ovulation which also can be irregular.do otc pregnancy test at least 7 days after missed date .then you can discuss with your doctor and take progesterone pill for withdrawal bleeding if negative.
