Can Work Outs And Muscle Building Help To Over Come Arthrogryposis?

Im 24 years of age. Im 5 9 and 160 pounds. I have arthrogryposis from head to toe. I can only bend my legs back about 50%. My left knee has no groove for my knee cap to sit in so it pops back and fourth. I ve had a few surgery on both of my hands 3 times. I can open my hand almost all the way. I was wondering if someone with the conditions I have be able to workout and build muscle?
