i worked on a dairy farm milking cows and found out i am pregnant , i have heard of farmers lung and my boss has gotten it be4 at the farm, i bed cows that causes a massive cloud of dust and dander and everything else into the air in the barn and i work with iodine to clean the cows be4 milking and i have been pinned 4 times and the one time i saw spots because i couldnt breath untill i got out of the pen with the cow, can mold spores and dust and cow manure and urine and ground up corn and hot smelly chopped grass and corn sialage and choped grass sialage cause any adverse affect to my new first child? my boss says there is nothing to worry about but my cramping has gotten worse and there is no blood but im scared please help all the farmers say theres nothing to worry about i am 24 yrs old who is quitting smoking and has a heart mumur

I can find no information on this exposure and any risk to your fetus. Certainly there is a much greater risk to a pregnancy with smoking than any exposure you are getting with regard to your job. Also, the heart murmur needs to be fully evaluated with an ultrasound of your heart, expecially in light of your recent symptoms.
