Can working in cold enviroment(chill room and blast freezer)cause fatigue and a fuzzy head.I am a 52 year old femałe with asthma and have had an irregular heartbeat however I stopped taking medication for that as I knew it would not kill me and felt that it was not necessary to keep taking beta blockers.I have to work in these conditions as my company have stopped putting resources into our place of work.I have been feeling fatigue and fuzzy head for a few weeks now and constantly tired.
