Can You Be Having A Heart Attack If You Have Low BP ?

Can you be having a heart attack if you have low blood pressure ? I am a 22 year old overweight male that takes 2o mg lisinopril and 120mg of cardizem for high blood pressure and high pulse. I just checked my bp and it was 100/70 and my pulse was 80. Mine usually runs 120/85. Am I in trouble?

Cut down your weight, it will be better if you take aspirin one a day, the chances will be reduced.OK. Your BP is extremely fine.
